These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the 11bit website (https://11bit.ws) and its associated mobile applications. 11bit is an internationally licensed online betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and across the globe.

In these terms, "11bit", "we", and "us" refer to the company operating the platform. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any individual who is registered on or using 11bit.

To open an account with 11bit, the following conditions must be met. These requirements exist to protect you and all other users on the platform.

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to register. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and deposited funds will not be refunded.
• Single Account: Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be terminated.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or incorrect details may result in account termination.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before making a withdrawal. A copy of your National ID or passport must be submitted.
• Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.

The following rules are mandatory for all users when betting on 11bit and apply equally across the board.

The minimum bet amount is ৳10, and the maximum varies depending on account type and event. Higher betting limits apply for VIP members. Any amount won while betting in accordance with the terms and conditions is fully valid.

• Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
• Technical Issues: If a bet is unintentionally accepted due to a system error, 11bit reserves the right to void it.
• Odds Changes: If the odds change before your bet is confirmed, the updated odds will apply. Once confirmed, the odds are locked in.
• Fraud Strictly Prohibited: Anyone found involved in match fixing or any form of fraud will have their account immediately closed and their funds confiscated.
• Live Betting: If your internet connection drops during a live match bet, the bet may be voided — 11bit is not liable in such cases.
• Betting with Multiple Accounts: If the same person places bets on the same event from multiple accounts, all bets will be voided and the accounts suspended.

Deposits and withdrawals on 11bit are fully secure and processed using encrypted methods. We support transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within a maximum of 5 minutes.
• Verified Account: KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals to Your Own Account: Withdrawals will only be sent to the registered mobile banking number on your account. Transfers to any other number are not permitted.
